This is one of my favourite glam metal songs, but this version is amazing just to laugh at Vince Neil's singing. It has the be heard to be believed. Jesus christ

Crikey - I'm no great Foos fan, but that is brilliant

Loving the track selection so far!

Described by Kerrang as the "first step to global domination", but hey, still the best British live bands I've ever seen

I'm not the greatest FOO fan either, but there's something about the combination of so many instruments and voices that makes it a cracking performance.

Thunder were great - saw them support Def Leppard at Don Valley Stadium (along with Ugly Kid Joe and Terrorvision).

Can't bear to listen to Sweat Child of Mine now, but this is still on my rock play-list...

Really good, but you can't help feeling they were 20 years too late, their sound is very Zep or Free (and don't get me wrong, that's a good thing).

Saw them many times. Even caught them on the 'reunion' tour a few years back.

Came to post some Thunder. Pleased with the above!

Let's have a little something from this lot,

"Ladies and gentlemen, the band..."

I can do rock ya cheeky sod! Can't stand Guns N Roses, yeah, but, unlike some folk my taste is very broad 😀

Ok, so I heard Big Black's version first, but this is one of my fave songs

Feel good you say....

For GnR and specifically being absorbed into a song I’ve always preferred...

I saw them there supporting Bon Jovi, with - funnily enough - Van Halen and Crown of Thorns. Part of a group of great British Rick bands at the time - Little Angels, Jagged Edge, Gun and more - who weren't "Leppard" enough to be huge, but wrote some amazing songs and did some fantastic shows without massive stage sets

That Motely Crue vid is very funny. We saw them play Sonisphere and I was tempted to post that on the "worst live band" thread. They were better on the most recent "final" tour.

Vince's favourite Crue song is apparently "Too Fat for Love".

How about an ex-Van Halen singer?

No poodle-hair rock thread would be complete without some Skid Row! Saw them in Nottingham when they toured this album...

More Eddie

I saw Toby Jepson's new group Wayward Sons supporting Living Colour last year, they were not bad at all

Don't know why, but I never got into Kiss - bought a few albums but ended up playing them a couple of times then gave them away to friends.

Better than the original.

The Answer are great live, too.

A lovely tribute here,
