I know it comes up every three weeks and I did try to search for it but, well, you know, the Search function...
I need to replace by Bluetooth earphones (in-ear, not cans), don't really want to pay more than thirty quid, recommendations please.
somebody linked to these in an earlier thread and rated them (poss the apple earpods one?)

cant vouch for them myself, but they look OK, and Ive found Anker to be good quality for other devices.
I bought a cheapo set from Tesco - KitSound Race and the've been bulletproof.
Were £17, pair reliably with iphone, ipad and android phone, charge in an hour or so and last for 4 - 5 hours.

I got some of these off Amazon Linkwitz Marathon2. Pretty good quality for the money.
My kitsound wired buds are excellent. The Hive ones at least. The cheapest ones tend to fail at the plug, but the hives are more solid. Great metal drivers for the money.
Have a set of these (bright orange) that you can have for £25 posted.
Only used them once on the commute and couldn't get on with them, gone back to wires.

Taotronics on Amazon, we bought the 4.1 version last year, they now do a 4.2 version, ~£21.

Point proven that a loyal Mod doesn't even use the site search as its shite.
when is that to be fixed?
I still ride 27.5 non-boost... oops .. I mean still want ear phones don't need charging separately...
I know people with cheaper BT headphones for their phones and its often pretty garbled talking to them.
I bought my boss some wired earphones as a present... it's really made my life much better.
being a priority, it will be expedited.
You know, delivered with other important functionality before font-fiddling, enhanced advertising environment, gritx mergers, etc etc..
got these after a similar thread. Happier with them than the Ankers they replaced.

Pretty certain that they are identical to the ankers that are mentioned above, they also seem to be available branded as mPow.
The ankers are a couple of quid cheaper on amazon, I have some and they are perfectly usuable. mainly use them for teleconferences with my laptop and listening to podcasts, however music sounds reasonable to me (my hearing is shot though)
I have the TaoTronics 4.2, did have a set of the 41. before them but they weren't holding their charge at all so the seller sent me the newer version FOC. I also have a pair of Bose QC35s and previously had some wired Bose sound sport headphones. In terms of sound quality the Bose wipe the floor with the TaoTronics but they're also a LOT more expensive. I personally use the wireless in ear headphones for cycling and running so actual sound quality isn't paramount for me, fit is most important and is quite a personal thing I think. Again this is where the Bose sound sport won for me but thats because I don't like a bud that actually sits in my ear I prefer the loop to keep them there and they just be the right shape if that makes sense (if you look at the headphones I mentioned you'll see what I mean) so I do find myself continually having to push the buds back in. I find the controls on the TaoTronics a bit annoying and again prefer the Bose, two clicks should skip next not a long press on volume up and I've no idea what button combination alerts Siri to the fact that I want him. Also to swap them between devices is a PITA, you have to completely reset them to then pair a new device which I find massively annoying and again I can't even remember the button combination to reset all the connections. If you only have a budget of £30 then they're fine and they work but I'm a big believer of buy once, buy right and wish I'd gone for some Bose headphones or alternative right from the start. I've got a 'different pair' on my 'to buy list' but other priorities keep coming up... Christmas maybe!
