Quite uncomfortable really.  It turns out that’s whilst on hols and trying to be “good” my little used running shorts rubbed me literally bleeding sore yesterday right at the top of my bum cheeks during a gym based 5k.

Bloody painful it is, rendering me having to sleep naked on my side every night, and receiving stinging morning showers.

I posted this to provide some amusement amongst the Bain of every day life, please have a chuckle at my near anal plight whilst feeling free to post any advice to relieve the pain and quickly heal said sore.

P.S, tried Sudocream.

Actually what was worse was the fact I contorted myself yesterday with iPhone in hand to take a “selfie” to identify the problem.  Not in itself an issue, until today when my colleague asked to see the pictures of the trip I embarked upon.

Work phones eh...

Ah Krytie, you need a distraction to cheer yourself up and take your mind off things

Just go and buy an expensive something you don't need ,that should do the trick.

😉

I like being naked. I almost always sleep naked. What's the problem?

I suffered a few years ago with massive arse chaffing whilst working outside in 35°C without any shade.

Zinc cream can help with the healing process.

Talc can help prevent it.

nappy rash cream. bepathan or that horrible yellow zinc stuff seemed pretty effective from memory.

It's weird if you don't sleep naked IMO.

At least it's not "a hole" (Tom Boonen content)

How did you not notice?!

Germolene ir savlon and as you're on holiday get some sun on it... couple of matchsticks to prop you open?

I'm now away to bleach my mind.

Bapanthem, better than sudocrem. On tattoo's anyway and thus I assume other wounds.

In the interests of solidarity,

I seem to have a small cut or something right above my tea-towel holder.  It's not painful per se, but my god it itches like a motherhubbard.

It's round the back, not the front.

Metanium, it's called.  Works wonders (I have two small daughters).

I've had jock / Dhobi itch.  Standard athlete's foot cream clears it up in about a week.  Probably spread (via a towel) from my manky feet.

Don’t google pilonidal abscess.

Just don’t.

Having attempted to keep myself aired, i now find myself on a Walking tour followed by a 9 hour flight.

Feels like two pieces of sandpaper having a friction generating contest in my crackers.  Im going to be sleeping on my front for a while.
