it did snow this morning in munich and left a dusting of around 3cm. melting now though. just that crappy slushy snow. trails are unrideable in the mountains and munich is flat.

boo.

getting bored of snow now. it's been here since november and we still got another month or so to go. then we have to wait another two months till the trails are nice and dry.

still, could be worse.

Wet slushy snow on the Wirral, now just dull & damp under foot, while the rest of the UK was "enjoying" snow we had slightly moist weather :/

Most disappointed that there was no snow in Warsaw. Was hoping for a full on Cold War era experience!

We were down near Leeds this weekend (Kippax) and were amazed at how much snow there was compared to here in Darlington; we just has some on Monday last week but nothing really since. It's snowing lightly now.

Bruneep has just got me worried about our holiday in Moray next week!

just looked out of the window - there has been a light dusting in Baildon. Nothing has stuck to the roads but the pavements, which were starting to clear, are all white again.

This is getting annoying now. roll on spring

Did anyone get any monster sized snow flakes last night?

After the sleet had finished, we had a batch of snow flakes that were a good 2 inches across!

Never seen anything like that before, it looked more like clumps of cotton wool falling out of the sky than snow.

Ended up with a fair bit in glasgow last night. The commute in was actually great fun, particularly through Pollok Park. Untouched paths with a couple of inches of really grippy snow 🙂

All day yesterday road riding in the snow along the coast, but nothing stuck.. I suspect that up in the hills of South Wales there's going to be plenty piling up quite nicely. I wish I had a snowboard, I'd head up to the Beacons.

Bruneep - love the picture

34 deg C was the max here in Perth WA. Almost wished for a longsleeve top tho at 6.45 on the way to work when it was less than 20 as I rode throught the forest. Getting hotter next couple of days which is a worry given the state of Victoria with bush fires. And Queensland is flooded. Weather's all a bit extreme.

Nipping out now to test my firepump.
