Hi guys and gals,

I'm looking to get a hydration bag, never used one before.

I don't usually take much gear, few tools and pump etc., but I do often want to take me SLR+small lens and flash.

Any body got any suggestions on a good bag?

Cheers

Oli

You have two choices. Either get a small case for your slr and put it in a larger camelback, or get a Lowe Photo sport 200.

Oooh, didn't realise Lowe did bags like that. Thanks for the tipoff.

I use a minimalist camelbak and a bum-bag holster type thing for the camera. Spreads the weight better (and uses your hips) rather than putting it all up high and loading your back. I have lens pouches I can add to the belt if needed.

Well, I used to, I carry a lighter camera now.

Hi,

I have the Lowe Photo sport 200. I got if off ebay and its been good. It does exaclty what it says on the tin.

However loaded up with a camera it is heavy enough that I don't take it out all the time.

Thanks for the tips guys, really appreciate it.

I've ordered a Lowe Photo sport 200, think it ought to do the job nicely. Can use for walking too, when I don't want to take all my gear.
