STW builders, my part bag of hydrated lime got wet in the garage during the winter storms, given its already "hydrated" and as its dried out again, is is ok to use as a part of a render mix?

Cheers!

from the limited knowledge i have, hydrated lime is quicklime which has had a little water added to it to slow the reaction down a little and make it safer and easier to use. If its become soaked, and therefore probably reacted fully, it won't work any more. So it won't set depending on how wet it got. I think.

The wet part has become slaked (hydrated) and will have slowly set through carbonisation.
