Did you see the intro shots to the Arctic episode? I thought she needed to work on her foot position 😉

Cracking stuff, love it. If it does happen to be the conclusion to Attenboroughs career it would be a superb finale.

Really. Just as good IMO, a natural successor?

Saying that, he can't be that much younger than Attenborough!

Can't say I fancied eating those fermented birds though

Fermented little Auk......should be like a particularly pungent Gorgonzola....yummm... off out now to catch and then stuff into an old sock, a couple of dozen sparrows!

To me, this sort of stuff is why the BBC should be protected from over commercialism at all costs

Because this is STW, someone's got to disagree, so.. 🙂
I thought it was pretty bland. Nice pictures, but pretty superficial. Reminds me of like having a big glossy coffee table book of pictures on some subject.
Much prefer the Bruce Parry stuff, that's BBC too, so I wholeheartedly agree with the protection bit 🙂

Granted it is very contrived, the Parry stuff is less so, but the sheer spectacle is worth a few minor faults.

Anyone catch where they were?

I got NW Greenland, but I think I looked away when they titled the name of the town.
