howdy, remember:

dont ever type you're opinion on this forum.. it will be wrong.

dont ever talk about work/your boss... the thread will be emailed to your boss.

dont ever admit what car or bike you have... it will be wrong.

dont ever miss a thread that involves MrNutt.

I hope so. I got on to STW whilst in hospital after coming off my road bike whilst time trialing, (broke collar bone, shoulder blade, 6 ribs and punctured lung) and bought a mtb as i could ride in the more relaxed position in a mtb over a road bike. Since been to swinley a few times god its good there, and just love cycling now alll types road, mtb doesn't matter, riding is freedom.

HAHAHAHA.... he rides bikes!
This forum has got nothing to do with riding!
It's about being bored in a middle management job, being under 20 and not knowing how to talk to girls, having a taste in niche music, holding steadfast in your political views and having a nice watch.

Thanks for that damning appraisal of my existence.

Don’t forget the screaming children and having a boring but functional car.

Harry... worse than that.... it's about unsuccessful dating because you think that going home to some screaming kids will somehow make your days at work seem more worthwhile.

I'd do myself in if I didn't have an Omega Seamaster.

Yeti - you can get some good recipes on here too. I think Delia and Jamie lurk here under pseudonyms

Of course binners.... it's about finding good recipes, cooking and eating for six, and telling everyone on here that you have the body fat % of a tour de france cyclist.

Northern Monkey or southern softy?

Are you aware of the 'Hora' clause? You should be neither abusive, nasty or horrible to anyone on here. You should afford everyone the same dignity and respect you would expect to be treated with yourself, no m=atter how odious their opinions.

Except Hora. You can call him whatever you like. He loves it

Always ensure that any pics you post of your bike, have the back drop of a perfectly manicured lawn, or a room in the house that is of show house quality - and above all, always make sure your logos and valves line up.

Hi molegrips, even better I was just having a dry run of the course one sat it wasn't the actual race. the last thing I remember is thinking one last push for the line and giving it everything. Then woke up with a worried looking lady crouching beside me. 😯
