We moved house recently and the removal monkeys displayed a staggering amount of ineptitude when they wrapped our kingsize memory foam mattress in a bag which only covered 5 sides of it.
In this situation any sane individuals would have stood the mattress in the lorry with the open end uppermost. Not these monkeys. The nice, immaculate, unblemished creamy coloured exposed edge went in bottom first, was then slid up and down the truck and emerged black at our new house.
Most of the dirt came out with the hoover but we want to get it professionally cleaned, paid for by the removals company naturally.
Any suggestions on how to clean a Memory Foam Mattress?

I'm assuming its not a Tempur one which has an outer cover? If it is then just bung the cover in the washing machine on a low setting.
If its one of the other types of mattresses then i would suggest consulting a specalist cleaning company in your local area but i would have thought they would just use a carpet cleaner type thing with a very mild cleaner if any at all 😕
if the removals company damaged it they should sort out cleaning should they not?
Ring them up and tell them you've had a quick look round and can't find anyone to clean the mattress and you want a new one from them.
