Camping in France at the moment. We have a 1.2kw halogen heater.

It has 3 settings. 400w, 800w and 1200w max. Will this be OK on max on a 10amp connection? Or should I keep it on low. The only other things we have on are low watt lights and an electric cool box.

thanks muchly

W = I * V and all that.

Watts = amps x volts

A heater in June? How far into the North Pole is France?

Surely there is no where in France that needs heating right now? Unless you are up an alp or something?

Google and loads of other apps will even do the maths for you? The sarcastic derision is worth coming on to ST for though.
