Can we resolve this question for once and for all, then someone pop over to bodybuilding.com and set them straight?

I like the bodybuilding-specific insults, like "you have nothing to lose but bodyfat", or on the confusion over working out an average of 3.5 times a week, "of course there's such a thing as half a workout; full workout = when I do it, half workout = when you do it"

I'm not sure how to take all of that. I'm not sure if The Josh is the ultimate troll or not. Stirred them up and walked away for a few pages then chimed back in to boil their blood again before the thread was closed. I became engrossed. 😆

A lot of people who work out to an extreme (i.e. so they look a certain way rather than for any athletic advantage for a sport) are going to have a few issues aren't they.  I have my issues, they have theirs.

Follow up question, how many days are there in the 15+ years since the thread was posted?

Obviously a troll at gym math's.

Remember 25+15=100

Unless you're in CrossFit then it's 95.
