From 13:00 until 17:20 - mix if road and off-road. Dunno distance, but my pins ache from barrelling down rocks on a HT.

First one would have been 20-25 miles, but the bike computer only woke up and recorded the last 15 - took about 3 hours including a long faff at the tea stop.

Second one was 3.75 miles, average 5.5 mph, following my little lad along the Nutbrook Trail. Took about an hour all told, needed several stops for water and he'd seen me sneak the packet of Cadburys buttons in my bag for when we turned round and headed for home....

80km at 23km/hour, up and down't dale (road).
First exercise for 2 months due to broken collar bone. Bit achy now! 😐

Incidentally, your numbers don't add up Rochey - I only make 70 miles from those numbers 😉

55km, 3.5 hours actual riding time.

About 2/3 offroad, was linking up all the ace bits of singletrack between Livingston and Edinburgh. Loads of nice riding and all in pretty good nick considering it's October. Was out for about 5 hours though, as we stopped for lunch at Craigie Farm deli. 🙂

My legs felt like shit all day, great day out all the same.

Oh, and then 20 minutes at home cleaning great piles of dog sh*t off both tyres and frame 👿

That's a fair bit of ascent foe a newbie muddydwarf.

Myself and Miss K did 42 Km in 5 hours over the Black Mount. This time included steak and Ale pie at the climbers bar of the Kingshouse Hotel and almost countless photo stops as the landscape/light/rainbow combinations were incredible.

About 20 miles, nothing strenuous and somewhere between 3-4 hours with a coffee stop.

I'd had a headache since I woke up and it was my first time riding fully rigid - which definitely didn't help matters in that department!

Only 25 miles at something like 20mph average but in my defence I had worked all night and at that point had only had about 4 hours sleep in the last two days.

About 40 miles in 2.5 hours, practically no climbing as it was south of Cambridge, and it was set to the 'pace of the slowest rider' hoping to have it done in under 2 hours in the next few weeks. No dirt though 🙁
