I have a problem signing in to my eBay account. Once i sign in, it asks me to verify my account. When i click the following link it takes me back to the sign in page thus its a circular problem. All the help links on the website require me to sign in first, and their telephone number directs me to their website - so im stuck.
Anyone got any useful email addresses or telephone numbers which may help me?
You're definitely on ebay's website and not some random link from a phishing email, yes?
and try a different browser as well. Sometimes things can get messed up depending on how the site stores the fact that you are logged in (or not). Switching to a different browser sometimes fixes that
Ctrl+F5 on page to load fresh or clear down cookies as a first step, if you haven already.
Its not a phishing website as i'm typing the address directly into the bar. Ill try a different browser and C+F5
