Is there an easy way to increase the my laptops ability to pick up a wifi internet signal? The caranvan site we go to has wifi and we are just too far away to pick up the signal. And no i carnt move the caravan!

If you have a PCMCIA slot, you can source a PCMCIA wifi card and antenna. You will need to disable the internal wifi IIRC

USB wireless adapter, usb extension cable and a wok. Do a search for that you'll find some interesting stuff. If your a weight weenie you can replace the wok with a sieve.

a parabolic wok or sieve will work best.
