I'm driving Lincoln to Bristol setting off at 5am on Sat morning.

Predictions for arrival time in central Bristol please - and route advice.

Cheers.

Routefinder Don't see why the traffic will b e bad this weekend. The Schools break up the following weeks so you should be OK.

The roads will be fine, its the idiots that are using them that'll be the problem.

4hrs'ish the way I drive (slow) I do the Newark to Cardiff run every couple of months, should be fine that time of morning, the worst of it will be later on at the Bristol end if there's loads of caravans heading down to Cornwall for holidays, should be fine though, I've only ever seen it bad on Bank Hol weekends.

Fairford air tattoo this weekend so don't come through Cirencester/Fairford direction. The M4/M5 junction is always bad on key holidays so you might get to Bristol by about Tuesday. I'd take a tent, survival rations and a good book if I was you.
