Specifically I'm trying to appeal a Council Tax valuation for a house built in 2001. I believe that our postcode will have seen a faster than average rise in prices, therefore the projected 1991 valuation will be lower than when calculated by the Scotland-wide figures. I can't seem to find the data broiken down by postcode. Any tips?
