My home insurance has automatically renewed, and the premiums have gone.. DOWN! By a third! Wtf? Without me saying anything, and without a song and dance either.
Does this ever happen?

one of two things;
either wait for the apologetic letter through the post saying we are sorry it was meant to go up by a third
or
delete thread and say nowt
PS: its never happened to me!
