Nice. My mate built one almost identical. He made the heat exchanger for his gas bottle since as well, but usually he fills it out of the hot tap as it's quicker and just uses the stove to top up. Makes you realise how scarily cheap mains gas is. Even on a prepay meter, it costs him less than £2 to heat ~800 to ~40°.

I'm working on a bigger solid hardwood tub with a submerged woodburner. Watch this space...

Needs:

1 - A taller chimney to create a really hot fire and take the smoke away.

2 - Greater distance between flow and return so that it can heat by convection with the circuit closed.

3 - Insulation between IBC and cladding.

That would be the MK2 version...
