I've got a Marantz 6010OSE KI Signature incoming.
Will it be okay to stack it on my existing Yammy amp?
The 6010 weighs 6.7 kg.

Yes. So long as there is room for a bit of airflow. Normally the feet are large enough to facilitate this.

I think it'll be okay as I never drive them hard enough to get significant heat.
I may add some MDF spacers if things are getting warm.

If that's heavier than the Yamaha I'd suggest swapping them around and having the Yamaha on top. Oh er missus!
