Ok, i've finally set up my ageing hifi and want to connect my ipod to it. What cradle to get, I've heard of the pure i-10 and cambridge audio ones but other suggestion appreciated, budget limit is £50

Sounds fine, you can probably find them chaper than that though, you will need a phono cable too.

i've got the older belkin one (can't remember the name) as it has a rf remote. Means I can change tracks/volume when in another room. Main hifi has the yamaha dock as its integrated into the amp and does full OSD control
