Hmm, my mam and dad have mistakenly bought a TV from Amazon (they discovered that their 15 yr old telly has a power button *and* a standby switch and that's why "it wasn't working"). It's now showing as dispatched so they cannot cancel - pretty crappy as it could save the couriers a journey). Can they just stick their return label that they've printed off on it and send it back with the same guy that delivers it?
Failing that does anyone have a customer service telephone number so they can talk to someone about it?
Ta.
Call them on 0800-2796620 and press 5 on the key pad.

Specsavers, buy one pair of glasses and get one free.
But you may well have to dial the number for them.
don't accept the delivery if all else fails
Thanks everyone. I'll let my folks know the number and remind them not to buy TVs they don't need 🙂
