As above, please. My old Powerbook's on 10.4.11, and I need 10.5.8 to get my new iPhone going. I can't get it from either of the Apple retailers in Bath, and they can't upgrade for me 'cos that's 'gifting' it, which is classed as software piracy and is illegal! So, is there anyone around Chippenham/Bath with an upgrade copy for sale/loan? NOT the grey install discs that come with a Mac, they don't work, I've tried it. Trouble is, I now have no phone service on my old phone either, so I'm kinda desperate. Hoping the ever-wonderful STW massive can help out again.

I have a Leopard Multi-user upgrade disc with a couple of licenses left on it that you can have one of the licenses off, and borrow the disc for a bit... For a tenner + postage say...
Trouble is I'm not in Chippenham/Bath, I'm in Worcester. Can post it to you this afternoon so you should get it tomorrow though if you wanted?
