Don't want to make light of those people who do have serious eating disorders but I've disgusted myself with what I've eaten today.
It was a colleagues birthday so she brought in a big box of chocolates and some biscuits to leave in the staff room of the school I work in and I've sat and eaten loads of them. So much that I've got a banging headache and I feel sick. However I still want more.
Anyone else incapable of passing on sweeties and things?
How can I stop before I turn into a big fat swamper?
