Hi All,
To add to the stress of my tower going pop, The 'Return to Base' warranty requires ME to organise the courier - after waiting since last wednesday for their Returns label which I assumed would then sort it out!!!!
ARGHHHHHHH
( ahem )
So.... i need to wade through the phone book and try and sort out which is the best/cheapest way to return the tower.
any recommendations out there?
( having never had to do such a thing before )
any advice will be muchly appreciated.

Having looked at several ( confusing ) websites, yes I think i'll try Parcel Force via my post office tonight when I get home. Have used them for bike bits/frames before and always been ok.
Just rang them to check it out cos having never used them before, have no idea how it all works!

just cross that the Return to base warrenty is as it is, I'm sure last time this happened, it was sorted by the computer company..... it feels like a really double wind-up!!!
