Did have a weather warning on Hallam FM this morning saying 20-30mm in a couple of hours!! Summers great!!!

We had to bale out the reception area a couple of hours ago because the drains outside couldn't cope with the amount of water coming down.
And now the car park is completely dry, the sun is out and it looks like it never happened!
