I had a big fall out with the boss last summer. He was being a knob but we were under big financial pressure and me ad site manager/dogsbody/Groundworker took the brunt of it. In front of the lads one day which particularly riled me. However for the next 2 months I stuck to my job only spoke to him when req'd, we sold some property I got a 10% pay rise and things are rosy at the moment.
