Ok so i got one for over staying my welcome (my reason is i was buying a bike and got carried away looking at shiny stuff) and so got no real got outta it excuse. I have also now paid it.
BUT when looking at the pictures on the www site there was no close up of the time of the ticket and the photos did not seem to be time stamped. Was there a get out clause there somewhere?
there is a get out clause in just about anything. if you can find a crack in the paint that runs all the way through a double-yellow, then you havea get out clause. but whether they will accept it or just mess you around is a different matter, and usually far more dependant on how much of a fuss you kick up about it. but if you've already paid, then you've admitted guilt, so there is nothing you can legally do about it now.
