Bathroom needs a bit of sprucing up so its time for new sealant and grouting.
I think I can handle the silicone removal but the grout is proving to be a bit tough.
I've checked and there isn't an App for it so all tips/advice gratefully received.
Is it a case of good honest hard work or can I buy a power tool to do the job (Dremel etc...)

Dremel and a grout removal tool plus the guide will do the job just nice. Have a look on youtube for videos of it in action.

Is the grout knackered? (as in falling out).

If not (and it's white) then just lather it with bleach. Bleach is good and can be used for almost any DIY job. It'll clean dirty/stained grout up lovely.

If it is knackered then the Dremel solution above ain't bad.

And when you silicon the bath seal - fill it with water and stand in it to ensure you get the best seal.
