Thinking about getting a netbook and would like to be able to use it as a GPS.
Can I buy:
a) some GPS software to install on said netbook and
b) presumably some sort of USB dongle to plug in to do whatever is required to make the software do its thing?
Yes I know I could get a smartphone (and I would really like a Desire HD!) but a netbook makes more sense at the moment...
Thanks

BTW, you dont need to pay for software if you have an internet connection - you can use google earth which has GPS support.
