I need to re-attached a Glass Mount Aerial to a windscreen, two parts interior & exterior. Anybody know where I can get suitable double sided adhesive pads about 45mm square. I think they were originally 3M but no idea what to Google for. eBay has also failed me to date...
I think you can get tubes of glass bonding from Halfords or the likes
It's a 2 part stuff like Araldite but usually black in colour

Car dealer trade counters will have pads for rear view mirrors - would they do the job?
Humm the four pads may work, do look the same a mirror fixings.
The original ones required the surface to be circa 20 degrees c to ensure a good bond. With part being outside I don't want it flying off the screen a xx mph.
Halfords for the adhesive pads, hairdryer for the warmth to let it bond properly.
