Have fish, have a Fish r Fun filter which takes FRF-025CT filter media, which are apparently like hen’s teeth. Anyone any suggestions as to third party replacements that’ll work? Ta!

I used to just buy sheets of aquarium fine filter sponge and then just cut to size with a pair of scissors.
Something like this:

Usually works out lots cheaper than buying the original filters that are already cut to size.
