I've just received a flyer from the Royal Mail explaining the amazing new changes for second-class postage.

• Mail will no longer be delivered every day. It will be delivered every other day instead.
• Obviously, we won't deliver on Saturdays anymore.
• Now we'll hope to get the letters to you within three working days.
• And best of all, all these reductions in services won't cost you a penny extra.

So half the delivery frequency during the week and nothing at weekends but still the same price.

I wonder what every other day means for a 5 day working week?

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday on the first week then Tuesday and Thursday on the send week?
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday every week?
• Tuesday and Thursday every week?
