Black pudding (introduced by the girlfriends parents much to her disgust!)

Nepalese food, like indian, but with less MSG/salt and other crap added when its made in this country.

I recently had a risotto with beetroot, spinach and some sort of large pulpy seeds. It was very pink and quite nice. But needed a little more salt.

Strawberries & red wine, leave them soaking in the wine for a few hours before eating. Didn't think I'd like it, but turns out it's delicious!
