For the first time in ages I want to take my bike on the train from Bath to Bristol after work (and then ride home the long way through all of the dusty trails), but have a nagging feeling that you need to book in advance these days.

What are my chances of getting my bike on a train to Bristol at 6-6.30pm?

Should be OK actually, the rush has usually subsided by then. If you get a service that dosn't stop at Keynsham and you sneek it on, even if there are too many bikes they can't turf you off until BTM anyway.

It's not a bike, it's your mobility aid. Get a doctor's certificate 🙂
