has anyone involved in the recent fat clubs got an excel spreadsheet they could send me?

won't trouble you with the spreadsheet I used - it ended up being rather painful to work with - MrsMM set it up (excel Whizz), I kept breaking it (excel dufuss....)
Have sent you, though, a little excel converter she created for changing weights of all types - stones, kg etc etc to pounds - points being the common 'currency' of our Fat Club... hope it helps.
