Hi all,

Is anybody able to help me with a little excel problem? I've added an example of some data below that I need to sort. Basically I need to select the lowest 50% of the list and put this into one table with the highest 50% being sorted into another table. The list varies in size so I'm unable to use the large/rank function. I'm hoping it's pretty straight forward but I'm not sure which function to use.

Many thanks in advance.

Use RANK() / COUNT() and results <0.5 are upper half, >0.5 are lower half. Give responses a value of 0 or 1 to make extraction easier.
