I want to have an excel spreadsheet so that if the cell value is a minus figure or 0.00 then to show those cells in Red text... I can work out the minus easy enough but not the 0.00 ...
Can anyone assist?

Conditional Formatting, allows "less than or equal to" as a condition.

Can be done with number formatting as well. Just select the number format as "custom" and in the "type" box input this:
#,##0.00;[Red]-#,##0.00;[Red]0.00
