I'm doing one tonight. Been advised to use a strong tea so was going to use Assam because I've got some, but if anyone else has ever done this, are there any recommendations as to choice of tea?

have had it b4 it tastes like smoke and tea, cant say it was that amazing!

smoked a chicken before with woodchip - liked it.
someone mentioned tea and it seems like something different for very little work
and i like both smoked things and tea
