We have a wedding invite in may at Dundas castle South Queensferry Has anyone any good recomendations for places to stay? B&b, hotel etc.

it is at the end of princes street so maybe too central but stayed a night at the rutland which was very nice indeed
Ether is the hawes inn which is ( now owned by a chain) an old historic hotel - mentioned in Kidnapped
A couple of modern chain hotels as well - not stayed in any of them mind you
TJ thanks but the Hawes inn is fully booked it was one we looked at earlier. Anus,will check it out.
There is the dakota hotel and a holiday inn IIRC. Its an expensive taxi ride into town so if you can stay in queensferry you will save a lot - trains and busses do run tho
