I know what the default answer to 'is this ebay related thing dodgy?' is, but maybe I'm too cynical.
I have two buyers asking about delivery. One seems a 'normal' user but wants me to post to Latvia, the other wants urgent delivery in the UK but has zero feedback despite being a member for 3 years. I know buyers have decent protection but sellers less so these days. I want rid of the item and it's really no use to me but I'd still be annoyed if it all went wrong
Sell to Latvia but not the zero feedback. I think you can block buyers with zero feedback. Always post insured with signature.
Sellers have almost no protection via eBay so if it doesn't feel right don't do it. Personally I don't post abroad.
