Has Ebay changed it rating system recently?
Work college here, seems to think, only buyers can now leave feedback on a transaction, if the seller has received payment for an item?

well I had 2 sellers leave me feedback after I had paid them.
I thought it was that sellers couldn't leave negative feedback if you neg'd them
yes, sorry what seven said no negative feedback from sellers.
Well I have neg. rated a seller for failing to send me an item and having to seek a refund from paypal.
He has retaliated by positively rating me? But flung a load of abuse my way by leaving some vile comments???
I though he would, hence the question, now I know why some people are sometimes reluctant to leave bad ratings 😉
