I posted this on Sunday as I was having an issue with the seller. Basically I bought somw MTB shoes listed as UK men's size 8 but when they turned up they were Women's size 8.

After having STW confirm that the shoes were Womens not Mens I sent a firm but polite email to the seller pointing that they weren't as described & I wanted a refund. I'm pleased to say that after returning the shoes I got my refund today without the need to resort to the resolution centre.

I know that not all eBay problems are resolved amicably but in this case without being overly aggressive I got the right outcome.

Many Thanks to all those who posted on my thread including the jokers I appreciate your help.

Considering the thread title, there's a disappointing lack of hand-jobs in that story...
