I have sold an item on ebay and the winning bid has turned out to be from Portugal, with really bad feedback. I have already said i wont be sending the item or accepting any money. My item listed was uk only postage.
Am i in the wrong or not? Shall i hope he goes away after my 2nd email or do i need to somehow [and if so how] cancel this sale?
Help please?

Just found how to cancel this on ebay, so hopefully all will be sorted soon.

For future reference, there is an option in your preferences that can be set to allow only UK bidders to bid.

If somebody else bid, I'd do second chance offer to them.

Ok i will look for that. Is that different to stating uk only postage? I am guessing it is.
The reason i was worrying is because i have sold it on 2nd chance already and the first guy is not giving up on the sale. I think i may be in the wrong but his feedback is shocking.
Thanks
