[Closed] Ebay being blocked, down to phishing?

Recently sold a van on ebay and had a few questions from people. One was a simple question what nick etc.. but then the bloke asked why I had it listed twice with a link that he presumed would show it being listed twice. Like the idiot I am I clicked it, the address was http:\\64.182.25.2\chopnation\files\1.html and a little research showed this to be a reported phishing site.
Would this enable someone to gain access to my account at all? Just seems odd that now I'm trying to sort out my sale ebay come back saying a third party have been listing things and my accounts been blocked, hence I'm stuck without the ability to contact the person who won my product and no chance of knowing what is going on with my account info. Anyone shed any light?
