[Closed] Dyslexic Postmen... What to do?

A serious question guys...

I'm assuming we've recently gained a new postman, as this was never a problem before, but over the last 3 weeks we have been consistently receiving post for next door, and some of our post has been being delivered to next door... Now, we are number 36, they are 38, so I can see that in a hurry it's perhaps not that easy to spot, but this is now getting annoying!

So considering I'm never in when the postie calls (as I'm at work), who to speak to to try and get it so that the correct post is delivered to the correct address... I was waiting for a week for something off ebay, that I'd emailed the guy to ask where it was, his response was that he'd sent it 7 days ago, but I'd still not got it... Why, cos it had been delivered next door whilst they were away!
