Nevermind the eating and listening, what are you imbibing tonight?

I've just finished a lovely long gin and tonic with lime and a touch of elderflower cordial and lots of ice.

Might have another soon.

I feel very friday.

I'm not drinking yet but my choices later are:

A) Red wine
B) Vodka and tonic.

Not sure which one will be most conducive to getting up to go riding tomorrow.

mikey74 a good ukrainian friend of mine swears that drinking only vodka (or gin) will leave you ok the next day. When I have tried this and failed his reply is "did you drink any thing else ?" when I say 1 glass of wine he says it only works if no other alcoholic drink is consumed. He may be on to something, but it's always fun to experiment?

Bushmills 1608 Anniversary blended malt. Nicer than the Black or White Label stuff due to the 20 year old port matured stuff in the blend. Listening to the dog cleaning noisily again. Just eaten homemade malt loaf (Paul Hollywood recipe).

Red wine, finished the half bottle from last night while prepping dinner, and debating starting on chateau cardboard from the cupboard. no beer currently on the house, othersie it'd be a nice ale in front of the fire
