i am trying to work out the easiest way of doing an on line raffle to raise money for a particular charity. The charity already has a just giving page ( http://www.justgiving.com/TeamBullheart) so I don't want to bother set up another. Unfortunately I don't have admin rights to the site so cannot actually see how much people have given.

When you make a donation you get a receipt though. I was thinking I could get them to simply email the relevant details from the receipt and I would allocate the tickets from a spreadsheet.

It seems simple enough but have missed anything?

Also, anyone interested the chance to win some FANTASTIC TROUT LIGHTS for just a fiver?!?!?!

Careful with your wording when you're organising a raffle

Cheers iDave. It is edited.

I assume that no one can get anything sensitive from the receipt info below can they?

Here's your donation receipt:

Donation reference : D27682165
Charity name : The Sarcoma Trust
Charity registration number : 1119848
Donation amount : £100.00
Gift Aid plus supplement : £28.20

I could just get people to email me this info.

Anyone see anything wrong with that?
