Has anyone had dealings with Direct Validation Services? I have contacted my insurance company after crashing my bike, the damage was 2 buckled wheels, bent fork, bend handle bars and the frame and triangle both have cracks. The bike is a Santa Cruz Blur, an old aluminium one.
I am expecting a call from them in the next 24hrs. Who do they try to convince me to get a replacement through?
