The DHL tracking system has not been working all morning but parcel is due to be delivered today, according to last night's tracking info.
Does DHL deliver Saturday afternoons? Their website does not say.

The DHL deliveries I have had tend to be local agents. i.e Part time worker with car.
I've had deliveries at 5pm on a sat previously.

And if anyone works for USPS, pull you're finger out you lazy sods! I've been pressing refresh for 3 days and my package is still stuck in customs.
Anyone can sign for the parcel if the driver asks them, my dhl guy regularly leaves stuff with my neighbours cos I'm never in. Saturday doesn't seem to be much different time wise to weekdays for me, he's always after lunch time as that's the way his route works.
saturday delivery is usually by special request only, and only if the local agent does them. Also, usually £25 extra, or at least it used to be a couple of years back
ordered something from Jenson USA the other day - they and FedEx beat CRC/RM to my door by 12 hrs
Oh, retailer said 24 hour delivery but I definitely did not pay extra for a Saturday. It hasn't arrived anyway!
