Why would the dentist even bother with a practice if her fella is a diplomat with all the perks that come with the job?
And most annoyingly the sound has been recorded in a studio after filming and the voices don't sync with the actorsv lips.....

Well I've just finished slight binge watching it all. Excellent, (well I thought so) I won't spoil it, but she ain't a dentist and it gets better. There's a definite largely unconnected part of the story that turns out mostly alright in the end.
Phew! Can't wait for the next series
